Life Transitions
College and early adulthood can be one of the most exciting — and disorienting — chapters of life. Whether you're navigating the pressure of academics, figuring out your identity and values, managing relationships for the first time without a built-in support system, or facing the uncertainty of what comes next, it can feel like everyone else has it figured out while you're quietly struggling to keep up. The transition into and out of college, into a career, or into a new city or relationship can surface anxiety, self-doubt, grief, and a loss of direction that's hard to name.
Life transitions — even positive ones — can shake your sense of self. You may find yourself questioning your choices, feeling disconnected from who you were, or unsure of who you're becoming. These experiences are more common than they appear, and they deserve real support rather than being pushed aside or minimized.
In therapy, we'll create space to slow down and make sense of what you're moving through. Together we'll explore the internal patterns, expectations, and pressures that may be making this chapter harder than it needs to be — and build a clearer, more grounded sense of direction. Sessions may focus on identity, confidence, relationship changes, grief, anxiety, perfectionism, or simply finding your footing again.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to where you are right now. Therapy isn't about having all the answers — it's about helping you feel more settled in yourself, more capable of navigating uncertainty, and less alone in the process.
