I’m Dr. Lauren Chavis, PsyD, a licensed psychologist in Idaho and the founder of Evergreen Psychology & Wellness. I work with individuals and couples across the lifespan, with a particular focus on life transitions, relationships, perinatal mental health, and performance psychology.

I believe therapy works best when it feels human, collaborative, and practical. My goal is to meet you where you are, while helping you move toward where you want to be—with curiosity, compassion, and clarity.
