Licensed Clinical Psychologist
and Certified Perinatal Mental Health Provider
I’m the founder of Evergreen Psychology & Wellness and a licensed clinical psychologist with 15 years of clinical experience helping adolescents and adults navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship strain, substance use, and major life transitions. My style is warm, direct, and collaborative. I believe therapy should be both compassionate and practical; a place where we can slow down, be honest about what’s hard, and create real, lasting change.
I specialize in perinatal mental health and am certified in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C). I work with women who are trying to conceive, navigating infertility, pregnant, postpartum, or adjusting to early motherhood. This season can bring anxiety, grief, identity shifts, relationship stress, and a level of emotional intensity many people aren’t prepared for. You may look capable on the outside while quietly feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unlike yourself inside.
As a mother myself, I understand how transformative (and destabilizing) this chapter can be. While every experience is unique, I bring both professional expertise and personal insight into the realities of motherhood: the pressure, the love, the exhaustion, and the invisible emotional labor that often goes unseen.
Before becoming a psychologist, I was a collegiate athlete at UC Santa Cruz. That experience sparked my interest in resilience, performance under pressure, and the internal narratives that drive high achievers. I continue to work with athletes, professionals, and driven individuals who hold themselves to high standards and are ready to find a more sustainable way forward.
My training spans community mental health, college counseling, intensive outpatient and residential programs, and inpatient hospital settings. I’ve supported individuals through acute crises as well as quieter, long-standing struggles. This breadth of experience allows me to remain steady and thoughtful even when things feel complex or overwhelming.
Wherever you are in your journey — whether longing to become a parent, adjusting to new motherhood, or rediscovering yourself in the process — you don’t have to navigate it alone.
